A bit about me:
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of chronic pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and relational issues.
My approach integrates mind-body practices and evidence-based methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. My approach blends heartfelt compassion with proven expertise (because you’ve probably tried enough things that didn’t work).
Together, we’ll dig into what’s really going on and find practical ways to help you feel better.
My Journey
I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the complex web of chronic pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. But more than that, I’ve lived it. As a recovered chronic pain sufferer, I understand firsthand the challenges you may be facing.
My personal battle with chronic pain led me to discover the powerful connection between emotional well-being, physical discomfort, and quality of life. Through this journey, I developed a deep interest in the intersection of physical health, brain science, and psychological resilience.
Discovering Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and other holistic approaches made a significant difference in my recovery, bringing about healing I didn’t think was possible. Now, I’m trained in various therapeutic methods, including PRT and CBT-i, to make a real and lasting difference for those I work with.
My approach goes beyond typical pain management, focusing on understanding the intricate interplay between emotions, our bodies, and our brain’s neurology. I help clients with issues ranging from chronic pain to insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
You deserve better than living with constant pain or lying awake worrying about sleep. There’s hope for you to find relief and rest. Witnessing clients break free from chronic symptoms and rediscover joy in their lives brings me immense fulfillment.
Outside of work, I love hiking, knitting with friends, and traveling with my family. I’m also an avid reader and podcast listener, often combining walks with learning something new.
